Gợi ý chế biến

Mì nước với đậu hũ thấm nước dùng Ít calo

Nấu sôi nhẹ đậu hũ trong nước dùng thanh 2–4 phút, rồi chan lên bún gạo cùng cải thìa non đã trụng. Nêm chút nước tương nhạt và tiêu trắng. Dùng thử với nước dùng gà trong cho tiện.

Đậu hũ xào nấm hương và rau xanh

Xào đậu hũ cắt lát với nấm hương, cải ngọt, và tỏi. Áo sốt bằng dầu hào và chút nước; đảo vừa đủ cho thấm sốt.

Đậu hũ chiên phồng nhúng lẩu

Thêm đậu hũ vào nước cốt lẩu cà chua đang sôi trong 3–5 phút cuối để thấm vị mà vẫn dai. Dùng kèm nấm kim châm và tôm king.

Đậu hũ chiên phồng nhồi nhân (kiểu yong tau foo)

Rạch một đường rồi nhồi thịt heo nạc bằm, cùng hành lá bằm và gừng bằm. Chiên áp chảo rồi kho 6–8 phút với nước tương và chút giấm Zhenjiang.

Mẹo chế biến

Muốn vị thanh hơn, trụng nhanh đậu hũ trong nước nóng 10–20 giây rồi để ráo.
Rạch hoặc chọc một lỗ nhỏ để đậu hũ thấm đều sốt và nước dùng.
Muốn giòn, chiên bằng nồi chiên không dầu hoặc nướng lò ở nhiệt cao 3–5 phút trước khi thêm vào món ăn.
Cho vào gần cuối: khoảng 2–4 phút khi nấu canh hoặc phút cuối khi xào.

Street Address Only

We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.

Delivery Access

Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.

Failed Delivery — What We Do

We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
