Nấm kim châm — 300g
Còn gọi là Enokitake
Sợi nấm mảnh, giòn, vị nhẹ và hơi ngọt. Dễ thêm vào canh, món xào, mì và salad; chỉ cần nấu 1–2 phút để nấm vừa giòn, thanh vị.
Đặc điểm sản phẩm
- Giòn tươi, ngọt dịu, dễ kết hợp với nhiều nguyên liệu.
- Nhanh chín — tiện cho ngày bận rộn hoặc thêm vào món ăn phút cuối.
- Tạo độ giòn cho canh, lẩu, món xào, mì và salad nguội.
- Sợi nấm vẫn thon mảnh trong tô — dễ bày món đẹp mắt.
Gợi ý chế biến
- Canh nấm kim châm & đậu hũ Món nước — Đun liu riu nước canh thanh nhẹ với nước dùng gà trong (hoặc nước dùng lẩu nấm như Haidilao Lẩu nấm), rồi cho nấm kim châm và đậu hũ non cắt khốivào. Nấu 1–2 phút, thêm chút dầu mè ở cuối.
- Nấm kim châm xào tỏi gừng với nước tương & mè — Xào nhanh tỏi gừng, thêm nấm kim châm rồi nêm một ít nước tương nhạt và vài giọt dầu mè. Đảo 1–2 phút, thêm hành lá thái nhỏ.
- Salad nấm kim châm trộn giấm mè để lạnh — Trụng nấm 30–40 giây, làm lạnh rồi trộn với giấm gạo, ít nước tương, một muỗng dầu ớtvà tỏibăm. Rắc mè rang.
- Nấm kim châm bó nhỏ ăn lẩu — Nhúng từng cụm nhỏ vào nước lẩu đang sôi nhẹ như Haidilao Lẩu cay trong 30–60 giây. Ăn cùng bò cuộn và thêm đậu hũ để thấm nước lẩu như đậu hũ chiên phồng.
Mẹo sơ chế và nấu
- Cắt bỏ 1–2 cm ở gốc, tách thành cụm nhỏ.
- Rửa nhanh rồi thấm khô để nấm không bị ngấm nhiều nước.
- Nấu nhanh — 1–2 phút đủ để giữ độ mềm giòn.
- Với món xào hoặc mì, thêm nấm kim châm ở cuối để tránh nấu quá lâu.

Place your order before 12:00 PM and receive it the same day between 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM (it may arrive slightly earlier).

Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
