Cải bó xôi non ngọt, cọng mềm, chín chỉ trong vài giây. Dùng để xào nhanh, nấu canh ấm hoặc làm salad tươi.

Cải bó xôi xào tỏi

Làm nóng chút dầu, phi thơm tỏi bóc vỏ, rồi thêm cải bó xôi. Nêm chút nước tương nhạt và đảo 1–2 phút đến khi rau vừa mềm.

Canh cải bó xôi với nấm kim châm & trứng đánh (món nước)

Đun nhỏ lửa nước dùng gà trong 3–5 phút. Thêm cải bó xôi và nấm kim châm, rồi rót trứng đánh tan vào. Nêm chút muối hoặc tiêu trắng.

Cải bó xôi chần trộn mè–tỏiÍt calo

Chần cọng 20–30 giây, thêm lá chần 10–15 giây rồi để thật ráo. Trộn với giấm gạo, chút nước tương và vài giọt dầu mè cùng tỏi băm.

Tôm xào gừng & cải bó xôi

Áp chảo tôm king chưa nấu chín đến khi vừa hồng, thêm gừng tươi thái sợi và cải bó xôi. Nêm nước tương nhạt, thêm chút dầu mè sau cùng.

Mẹo sơ chế

Rửa hai lần bằng nước lạnh để sạch cát; giũ ráo nhưng giữ một chút nước trên lá để xào nhẹ.
Cắt bỏ đầu cọng dày, chẻ cọng to để chín cùng lúc với lá.
Muốn giữ màu xanh, nấu nhanh lửa lớn và nêm lúc cuối.
Chần cọng lâu hơn lá một chút để rau mềm đều.

Street Address Only

We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.

Delivery Access

Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.

Failed Delivery — What We Do

We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
