Đậu hũ có trứng mềm mịn, cắt sẵn thành sợi. Dễ thấm sốt, giữ sợi khi xào hoặc nấu canh, chín chỉ trong vài phút cho bữa ăn nhanh, ấm bụng.

Đậu hũ xào nấm bào ngư & rau xanh
Áp chảo đậu hũ sợi rồi đảo với nấm bào ngư, cải thìa Shanghai, và một muỗng dầu hào. Thêm chút nước để áo sốt; xào 2–4 phút đến khi bóng đều.
Đậu hũ sợi trộn mè–hành lá dùng lạnh
Trụng đậu hũ sợi, để lạnh rồi trộn với dầu mè, chút giấm gạo và nước tương nhạt. Rắc lên trên hành lá cắt lát cắt nhỏ để dùng làm món khai vị lạnh.
Đậu hũ nhúng lẩu thanh Món nước
Cho đậu hũ sợi vào nước dùng thanh nhẹ như Cygnet Gia vị nước lẩu thanh; thêm một nắm nấm kim châm. Nấu sôi nhẹ 2–3 phút đến khi vừa chín.
Mì nước cho bữa tối
Hâm nóng nước dùng gà trong còn ấm, thêm mì Yangchun, gừng cắt lát và đậu hũ sợi; nấu sôi nhẹ 3–5 phút cho tô mì ấm bụng.
Mẹo chế biến
- Thấm khô trước khi áp chảo để vàng hơn và bớt bắn dầu.
- Làm nhẹ tay, dùng xẻng bản rộng lật để sợi đậu không bị đứt.
- Khi xào, áp chảo trước rồi lấy ra; cuối cùng cho lại vào chảo và đảo với sốt.
- Với canh hoặc lẩu, thêm gần cuối và nấu sôi nhẹ một lát để giữ độ mềm mịn.
- Nếu thích, áo nhẹ bột bắp để tạo lớp sốt mỏng cho các món có nước sốt.

Place your order before 12:00 PM and receive it the same day between 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM (it may arrive slightly earlier).

Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
