Ớt đỏ tươi, vỏ mỏng, cay rõ, dùng cho món xào nhanh, mì nước, gia vị ướp, sốt ăn kèm hoặc ngâm chua.

Gợi ý chế biến
Phi tỏi băm và ớt cắt lát, cho vào cải làn (Gai Lan), rồi thêm một muỗng dầu hào. Xào 2–4 phút đến khi vừa chín, còn giòn.
Đảo ớt cắt lát trong chút dầu cho thơm, đổ vào nước dùng gà trong, thêm bún gạo và tôm; nấu liu riu đến khi vừa chín để có tô bún thanh nhẹ, cay.
Xào cơm gạo thơm để từ hôm trước với ớt cắt hạt lựu, hành lá và trứng gà nuôi thả đã đảo chín. Nêm chút nước tương nhạt.
Mẹo sơ chế và nấu
- Điều chỉnh độ cay: bỏ hạt và gân trắng nếu muốn cay dịu; giữ lại để cay hơn.
- Mang găng nếu da nhạy cảm; tránh chạm vào mắt. Rửa thớt và dao bằng nước nóng pha nước rửa chén.
- Đảo lát ớt nhanh trên chảo nóng cho dậy mùi trước khi thêm nguyên liệu khác.
- Cắt khoanh mỏng để xào nhanh, cắt sợi cho món mì, băm nhuyễn để làm sốt và gia vị ướp.

Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
