Ngò rí bó
Còn gọi là ngò rí (cilantro)
Ngò rí có lá và cọng non thơm tươi, thoảng hương cam chanh — thêm vào món xào, canh, salad, chutney, salsa hay phở đều nhanh gọn. Có giao hàng ngày hôm sau tại Sydney.

Thịt bò xào ngò rí với nước tương–gừng
Áp chảo nhanh thịt bò thái sợi với hành tây cắt lát; thêm chút nước tương nhạt. Cho cọng ngò băm vào xào 20–30 giây, tắt bếp rồi thêm lá.
Canh rau thơm với tôm & đậu hũ Ít calo
Đun nhỏ lửa nước dùng trong với nước dùng gà, thêm tôm và những miếng đậu hũ đến khi vừa chín (5–8 phút). Thêm lá ngò rí sau cùng — canh thanh nhẹ và thơm.
Cơm chiên trứng, ngò rí và rau
Chiên cơm nguội để từ hôm trước với trứng đánh tan và đậu cô ve cắt nhỏ. Cho cọng ngò băm vào lúc chiên, rắc lá ngay trước khi ăn.
Salad gà xé trộn mè và ngò rí
Xé nhỏ ức gà luộc. Trộn với nhiều ngò rí, rau giòn, hỗn hợp chua nhẹ gồm giấm gạo và vài giọt dầu mè. Món salad tươi, thơm mè và đậm hương rau.
Mẹo sơ chế
- Rửa nhẹ rồi thấm khô hoặc quay ráo để lá tươi.
- Tận dụng cọng ngò: băm và cho sớm vào món xào, nước sốt hoặc hỗn hợp ướp để thêm thơm.
- Thêm lá lúc cuối hoặc sau khi tắt bếp để giữ mùi.
- Muốn làm sốt rau thơm nhanh, xay cọng và lá với chút muối, một ít giấm Zhenjiang, và dầu có vị nhẹ.

Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
