Cải thìa non xào tỏi

Phi tỏi băm với chút dầu, thêm cải thìa non cắt khúc, nêm nước tương nhạtrồi xào 2–4 phút đến khi rau xanh và vừa mềm.

Nấm bào ngư xào tỏi dầu hào

Xé nấm bào ngư, xào với tỏi thái lát đến vàng; thêm một muỗng dầu hào và chút nước cho sốt áo đều.

Bún nước tỏi Món nước

Phi nhẹ tỏi băm cho thơm, thêm nước dùng gà trongrồi nấu liu riu với bún gạo đến vừa mềm. Thêm hành lá và một ít dầu mè sau cùng.

Tôm & đậu Hà Lan giòn xào tỏi

Áp chảo nhanh tôm King với tỏi thái lát, thêm đậu Hà Lan giòn, chút muối và tiêu trắng. Xào 3–5 phút để đậu vừa chín, còn giòn.

Mẹo sơ chế

Cho tỏi vào dầu nguội rồi tăng nhiệt từ từ — tỏi dậy mùi sau 10–20 giây mà không bị cháy.
Thái lát để vị ngọt dịu, băm để vị nồng hơn; đập dập giúp tỏi tiết dầu thơm khi pha sốt.
Cho tỏi sớm để tạo hương cho dầu, hoặc gần cuối món xào lửa lớn để tránh cháy.
Thêm một nhúm muối giúp nghiền tỏi thành hỗn hợp mịn để ướp hoặc pha nước chấm.

Street Address Only

We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.

Delivery Access

Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.

Failed Delivery — What We Do

We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
