Bún tom yum nấu tôm
Cắt ớt vào nước dùng chua thơm nấu từ Nước cốt lẩu tom yum, thêm tôm king sống và một nắm bún gạo. Nấu liu riu đến khi tôm hồng; thêm chanh tươi và ngò rí.
Gà xào tỏi–ớt & đậu que
Xào nhanh ức gà loại ngon cắt mỏng với ớt xanh Thái Lan băm, đậu que, chút nước tương nhạt và một muỗng dầu hào. Xào lửa lớn 2–4 phút đến khi vừa chín, còn giòn.
Cà ri xanh Thái Lan với đậu hũ
Giã ớt với tỏi để sốt cà ri đậm vị hơn; nấu liu riu với nước cốt dừa rồi thêm đậu hũ cứng cắt khối (hoặc thịt gà), rau củ theo mùa và húng quế Thái. Ăn cùng cơm gạo lài.
Shirataki lạnh trộn ớt và giấm Ít calo
Rửa rồi ướp lạnh sợi shirataki (konjac). Trộn với ớt xanh cắt mỏng, giấm gạo, chút đường và tỏi băm để có tô trộn thanh nhẹ, chua cay.
Mẹo sơ chế và nấu
- Muốn bớt cay, bổ dọc rồi nạo bỏ hạt và màng trắng.
- Đảo ớt băm nhanh trong dầu nóng cho thơm; tránh để cháy.
- Áp chảo khô nguyên trái ớt 1–2 phút mỗi mặt để có mùi khói rồi cắt lát.
- Mang găng khi sơ chế và rửa thớt ngay sau đó; tránh chạm vào mắt.
- Gợi ý nước ướp nhanh (cho món xào): 2 phần nước tương nhạt : 1 phần giấm : chút đường + ớt và tỏi băm.

Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
