Đậu nành xanh mềm, giàu đạm, đã ngâm nước muối cho vị đậm đà. Hâm nóng để ăn vặt nhanh, hoặc trộn salad, thêm vào mì, món xào và canh.

- Đậu nành xào nấm hương nhanh – Xào đậu với nấm hương cắt lát, tỏi và một muỗng dầu hào trong 2–4 phút đến khi bóng đều.
- Thêm đậu nành vào cơm chiên – Trộn đậu đã hâm nóng vào cơm trắng từ hôm trước, nêm nước tương nhạt để tạo màu và tăng vị umami.
Mẹo chế biến
- Làm nóng trực tiếp từ đông lạnh: luộc hoặc hấp nhanh (2–4 phút) đến khi vừa nóng; tránh nấu quá lâu.
- Để ráo và thấm khô trước khi xào để hạn chế dầu văng.
- Nêm nhẹ tay—đậu đã ngâm nước muối; điều chỉnh độ mặn theo khẩu vị.
- Nếu dùng đậu còn nguyên trái, bóp lấy hạt để ăn; vỏ thường không dùng để ăn.

Place your order before 12:00 PM and receive it the same day between 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM (it may arrive slightly earlier).

Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
