Đậu hũ lạnh với nước tương–mè và hành lá Thanh nhẹ & tươi mát
Xắn đậu hũ ra, rưới nước tương nhạt và vài giọt dầu mè, rồi thêm hành lá cắt nhuyễn và gừng bào. Món ăn sẵn sàng sau 1–2 phút.
Canh đậu hũ non và nấm kim châm
Nấu đậu hũ cắt khối cùng nấm kim châm trong nước dùng thanh pha từ gia vị nước lẩu thanh trong 2–4 phút. Thêm chút tiêu trắng và vài giọt dầu mè trước khi dùng.
Trứng & đậu hũ hấp tôm
Trộn đậu hũ non với trứng đánh tan, nêm nhẹ rồi đổ vào đĩa nông, cho lên trên tôm king cắt nhỏ. Hấp lửa nhẹ 10–12 phút đến khi vừa đông; thêm chút nước tương và dầu mè.
Tô đậu hũ với nước tương–giấm cay
Khuấy nước tương nhạt với chút giấm Zhenjiang và một muỗng ớt giòn ngâm dầu. Rưới lên đậu hũ, thêm hành lá và mè rang.
Mẹo chế biến
- Mở hộp và chắt nước nhẹ tay; muốn cắt khối gọn, cắt ngay trong hộp rồi nhẹ nhàng trút ra.
- Tránh đảo mạnh — dùng muỗng nhấc và đẩy nhẹ; cho nước sốt vào sau cùng.
- Với món nóng, cho đậu hũ vào nước dùng vừa sôi nhẹ trong 2–4 phút để nóng đều mà không bị bể.
- Làm sánh nước sốt riêng bằng bột bắp pha nước rồi mới rưới lên đậu hũ để giữ độ mềm mịn.

Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
