Bí đao xào tỏi và dầu hào
Cắt bí đao thành lát bán nguyệt; xào với Tỏi đã bóc vỏ - 250g, chút Haitian Dầu hào cao cấp 700g và chút dầu mè. Nấu vừa chín, còn giòn (khoảng 2–4 phút).
Canh trong với tôm & nấm kim châm Nấu với nước dùng
Nấu liu riu bí đao cắt miếng vừa ăn trong Bull Head Nước dùng gà trong 411ml với Nấm kim châm - 300g và vài con Tôm king sống Úc 700g. Nêm ít muối và tiêu trắng để nước canh thanh nhẹ.
Bí đao hấp dồn thịt (thịt heo & nước tương–mè)
Khoét ruột khoanh bí dày, dồn Borrowdale Thịt heo nuôi thả bằm 500g trộn với gừng và hành lá. Hấp vừa chín; thêm Nước tương nhạt 500ml và vài giọt Dầu mè nguyên chất 207ml.
Bí đao xào bún gạo
Ngâm mềm Chunsi Bún gạo Jiangxi 300g; xào với bí đao cắt sợi, tỏi và chút Hengshun Giấm gạo trắng 500ml để có vị thanh, đậm đà.
Mẹo sơ chế và nấu
- Bỏ hai đầu; gọt mỏng nếu vỏ dày. Nếu hạt lớn, nạo bỏ.
- Để giữ giòn, nấu lửa lớn và dừng khi vừa mềm (khoảng 2–4 phút).
- Khi xào, rắc chút muối và thấm khô trước để giảm nước thừa.
- Kết hợp với gia vị thơm (tỏi, gừng) và sốt nước tương nhẹ vị để làm rõ vị dịu của bí.

Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
