Hành lá bó
Còn gọi là Spring Onion / Scallion trong tiếng Anh
Lá xanh giòn, thân trắng mềm, có vị hành ngọt nhẹ. Dùng cho món xào, canh, mì hoặc salad để thêm hương thơm thanh.
Điểm nổi bật
- Vị hành tươi, ngọt dịu, không quá nồng.
- Dùng được cả bó: phần trắng để phi xào, phần lá xanh cho vào cuối để giữ hương thơm.

Gợi ý chế biến
Gà xào gừng hành
Xào nhanh phần thân trắng thái lát với gừng, rồi cho ức gà cắt sợivào. Thêm lá hành, một ít nước tương nhạtvà dầu mè. Xào lửa lớn trong 2–4 phút.
Canh trứng đậu hũ non & hành lá Món nước
Đun liu riu nước dùng gà trong, cho đậu hũ non cắt khối và hành lá thái nhỏ vào. Rót từ từ trứng xào mềm, rồi nêm tiêu trắng và một ít nước tương.
Mì dầu hành kiểu Shanghai
Phi hành thái lát trong dầu ở lửa nhỏ cho thơm, rồi trộn với mì Yangchun nóng và một muỗng dầu mè nguyên chất. Thêm nước tương và một chút đường.
Bún gạo xào tôm hành lá
Xào tôm King, thêm bún gạo đã ngâm và nhiều hành lá thái nhỏ. Nêm nước tương nhạt, tiêu trắng rồi đảo cho sợi bún bóng đều.
Mẹo sơ chế
- Cắt rễ, bỏ lớp ngoài bị héo rồi rửa kỹ phần gốc, nơi dễ đọng đất cát.
- Tách phần trắng và lá xanh: phần trắng chịu lửa lớn, còn lá nên cho vào cuối.
- Cắt xéo để tăng diện tích tiếp xúc và trang trí món ăn đẹp hơn.
- Làm dầu hành bằng cách phi hành trong dầu trung tính ở lửa nhỏ đến vàng nhạt, lọc lấy dầu để trộn mì hoặc rau.
Gợi ý kết hợp
Hành lá hợp với đậu hũ và mì. Bạn có thể thử đậu hũ truyền thống, mì kéo dai, nước tương đậm vị như nước tương nhạt Haday, thêm chút giấm Zhenjiang, dầu mè thơm, trứng xào mềmhoặc thịt bò thái lát nhanh chín.

Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
