Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $6.50 delivery fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.

How to enjoy
- Wok‑tossed garlic‑ginger cabbage — Flash fry wedges or bite‑size pieces with ginger and finish with a splash of light soy sauce and a dab of oyster sauce. Add fresh zing with sliced ginger. Ready in about 2–4 minutes.
- Charred sesame & vinegar wedges — Sear quartered cabbage in a hot pan until lightly charred; drizzle with nutty sesame oil and a dash of Zhenjiang aromatic vinegar. Great with grilled meats or rice.
- Quick sesame‑vinegar slaw Low‑calorie — Thinly shred and toss with a pinch of salt, rice vinegar, a touch of sesame, and matchsticks of carrot.

- For stir‑fries: cut into 3–4 cm pieces; cook hot and fast for 2–4 minutes to keep crunch.
- For charred wedges: quarter lengthways, pat dry, and sear cut‑side down until browned, then flip.
- For slaw: finely shred; a brief salting (5–10 minutes) softens without losing snap.
- For soups/hotpot: add near the end; leaves soften quickly in 2–3 minutes.
